It's been a while since I looked at lighting but a dip into it today revealed the woven cord
lighting sculptures of Doug Johnston (his range is available at
Mondo Cane, too many zero's on the price tag for me to be owning one). I've worked a lot with weaving recycled materials and then lighting them but his skill takes it to a whole new level as he joins several together seamlessly. They remind me of the soft connections between weather worn rock formations in Arizona and Utah.
