Helen Britton + a thank you

I love Helen Britton, she does such crazy unique jewellery, I always like to see what she'll make next. The colourful pieces above are from here. I also like this articulated fishy type pair of earrings here.

Which bring me nicely to another thank you... Thank you to Karen of Pale Blue Paper who sent me the remaining one of her pair of fishy earrings after reading me going gushy about exactly them in this post. Karen, you've brightened the day of a crampy Pisces woman who couldn't find any chocolate in the house!

Indeed, I am a big fan of his work, I think I blogged some last year. The only thing I don't like are his displays, or maybe it's the way they are photographed. They often look dull harsh which seems a shame when the pieces are so delicate and light. I want him to show them on layers of glass, with soft light casting shadows everywhere. Maybe it's a girl thing.

Hi Cally, Why don't you contact him with your idea? I agree with you, I think some of his work would look dream like on a softly lit light box.

I'm having trouble leab=ving comments. It keeps deleting them. As this is my 3rd attempt they are getting super short...

V- articulated fish post coming soon. I don't wear earrings, just love the fishies.

B- I might just do that.

C- Well hello, nice to have you here! I'm sure I was over your way last year, but this year when I click on your name (in other peoples comments) it says error 404. Would love to have your current blog address so I can visit again.
