oh red. sometimes a colour that can simply makes the heart beat.

but i keep looking at that suitcase and wondering what stories it might hold. or what little journies its taken. over time and years.

Hi all-
comment making me smile, thank you, and a special hello to new commenters, I'm not managing to visit you all in person just now but it's lovely to have you visit here.

The foliage is actually tacky fake plastic! But it looked so real and it was on sale a few years ago at christmas so I bought it to use in my jewellery sculptures and collages.

I often wonder where all my suitcase have been. The ones from my great aunt have fabulous teravel labels like Cairo from the 1920's!

Ta duck, I have something for you too, a surprise little thing.
